01What we collect: if you contact us (Telegram or email) we keep what you send: your name, company, and the details you share so we can reply and scope work. The site uses privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (aggregate page views and clicks only: no personal profiles).

02How we use it: to respond, prepare proposals, and deliver the services you engage us for. We don't sell your data.

03Client campaign data: when we run automation for you, data is scoped to your isolated workspace, used only to operate your campaigns, and never shared across clients.

04Third parties: we use reputable infrastructure (hosting, analytics, the platforms you ask us to operate on). Each processes data under its own terms.

05Your rights: ask us any time to access or delete the information you've shared. Email hello@onchainbureau.com.

Terms of Service

01What we do: we design, build and operate custom outreach automation for you. Specific scope, deliverables and fees are agreed per engagement in writing.

02Your responsibilities: you confirm you're authorized to operate on the accounts and channels you ask us to use, and that your offer and messaging are lawful in your markets.

03Approval & control: outbound is approval-gated: you review and approve campaigns. You're responsible for what you approve to send.

04No guarantees: we apply proven systems and best effort, but outcomes depend on your market, offer and inputs. Figures shown on this site are illustrative targets, not promises.

05Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.
